Welcome to AUTO STAHL!

A car dealership is only as good as the people behind it - we are convinced of that.
We are a family business with history and a forward-looking spirit, firmly rooted in Vienna for decades and yet always open to new ideas.

Mobility is changing rapidly: new drive systems, digital services and people's changing demands are characterising our industry. For us, this does not mean standing still, but rather an incentive. We are actively shaping this change - and combine innovation with experience, technology with humanity.

At our three locations with workshops - in Donaustadt, Floridsdorf and Liesing - as well as at the Polestar Space by Auto Stahl in Vienna's city centre, we have a strong team that combines expertise with a genuine service culture. Service has right of way is more than just a slogan for us - it is a promise that guides us and determines our daily actions.

: What does "Service has priority" mean to you personally?
Listening. Understanding. And then finding the best individual solution!
Where can people find you when you're not at work?
How, not in the company!?! ;-) All right. When I'm not working, I like to spend time with my family over a good meal.
What was your first car?
A Nissan Sunny, bought second-hand from my mum
Your motto at work?
No challenge without a solution - and no day without a smile

: What does "service has priority" mean to you personally?
I treat the guest/customer as I would expect to be treated myself or when the parents-in-law come to visit.
Where can you be found when you're not at work?
During moments of pleasure, i.e. a good meal or a nice glass of wine, in the company of my loved ones.
What was your first car?
A grey Toyota Corolla and my first Auto Stahl was a Honda Prelude with all-wheel steering - unfortunately very cool.
Your motto at work?
I want to do my job with love and joy & have positive people around me.

The customer always comes first! It's about recognising needs, responding to wishes and thus offering first-class service.
Where can you be found when you're not at work?
Working on a craft! I like to take on projects, be it repairs or small DIY jobs. I always need something to do.
What was your first car?
A second-hand Nissan Sunny 1.4 SLX
Your motto at work?
Customer satisfaction starts with listening and ends with trust

: What does "Service has priority" mean to you personally?
We sell emotions and trust. If the customer drives off the premises with a big grin on their face in their new vehicle, then we've done everything right.
Where can people find you when you're not at work?
My sons are chasing the ball, so as a passionate father I'm often on the football pitch. Alternatively in the garden, preferably at the barbecue; and on holiday, preferably on a road trip.
What was your first car?
My first car was a VW Jetta with 75 hp, not high-tech but actually always reliable and my first freedom on four wheels.
Your motto at work?
There's no such thing as can't - except maybe when someone asks for a car that makes coffee - although that's also possible now ..

Wie sind spontan auf einen Besuch vorbeigekommen und wurden direkt freundlichst von Herrn Klarer empfangen. Auf unsere Verunsicherung, ob es überhaupt angemessen sei, in solch einen schicken Laden einzutreten, reagierte er sehr entspannt und einladend! Wie kamen sofort auf unser gemeinsames Interesse zu sprechen: Die Geschichte Polestars! Wir erfuhren viel über das „Urmodell“ - den Polestar 2 - mit dem die Geschichte erst so richtig seinen Lauf nahm! Herr Klarer lud uns ein, im Polestar 3 Platz zu nehmen und gab uns detaillierte Insider-Infos über die Polestar-Modelle und deren Technik sowie Konfigurations-Möglichkeiten!
Ohnehin sind wir nicht abgeneigt von Polestar und nun nur mehr auf dem besten Weg, Polestar-Fans zu werden!

Ich wurde bei Polestar von Herr Siemer bestens beraten. Herr Siemer ist sehr kompetent, humorvoll und klärt die Kunden genau über die Vorzüge der Fahrzeuge auf. Auch was das Leasing betrifft, war sein Rat für mich von unschätzbarem Wert. Polestar kann sich glücklich schätzen, solches Personal zu haben. Ich brauchte nach einem Totalschaden dringend und schnell ein neues Auto, mit wurde Auto Stahl empfohlen. Wenige Tage nach dem Erstkontakt war bereits alles erledigt, Verkaufsberater Herr Markus Landau hat sich auch viel Zeit genommen, um mir die Funktionen des Bordcomputers zu erklären etc. Er hat einen super Job gemacht!
