Auto Stahl establishes its own HR department
Auto Stahl is pleased to announce an important organisational development: With immediate effect, the company has its own Human Resources (HR) department.
With this step, Auto Stahl is sending a clear signal for the future and emphasising the central importance of employees for the sustainable success of the company. "Especially in times of advancing digitalisation, the focus is increasingly shifting to people. Our growth in recent years confirms that this is the right approach. The establishment of our own HR department is therefore a logical step in our organisational development," emphasises the management.
The new HR department will cover all central areas of human resources - from recruiting and onboarding to personal development and further training to support with organisational issues in everyday working life.
Auto Stahl has recruited Petra Amann, MSc, to head the department. She has extensive experience in human resources and will be responsible for the strategic direction together with the management as well as supporting operational HR issues.
Barbara Reiter joined the team in July. She works in the area of recruiting and will also focus on the promotion and support of young colleagues.
With the new HR department, Auto Stahl is creating a modern and future-orientated structure that will help to make the working environment in the company even more attractive and efficient for all employees.
